When coming from direction of Rijeka or Trieste you should take a detour around Pula following direction "Marina Veruda" or " Veruda!" or "Verudela".  As you getting closer there will be turn for direction Medulin (you don’t turn on that one) the second one is for Premantura, the third one is not marked and at the forth one you should finally turn right.

At that point on your left you can see "Marina Veruda" with lots of sailing boats. If you pass by Restaurant Borghese on right you missed your turn and went too far.

After right turn you should immediately turn right again and you are in De Franceschi street. Our house is on the left hand side, number 15, after approximately 100 meters.
